Our hope is that every Fully Briefed customer is absolutely thrilled with every purchase made here. But hey, stuff happens. And when it does, we want to keep everything nice and simple for you and make it right as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

If your Fully Briefed men’s underwear purchase is not 100% satisfactory for any reason whatsoever, simply return unopened and unworn items within 30 days of delivery (note: we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days). Due to health code regulations, underwear must be unopened and unworn. Please return items with all original tags and packaging intact.

Returns/exchanges are typically processed within 10 business days, and we will notify you when the return/exchange has been completed. Refunds will be processed on the credit/debt card originally used for the purchase.

Sales are final for all clearance items, and they are not returnable. Any “gifts with purchase” and other promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return & Exchange Shipping Fees

Standard shipping fees will apply to exchanged items and are paid by the customer. If you receive damaged or defective goods or items that you did not order, the items must remain unopened and unworn so we can credit you in full, including return shipping if it is a result of our error, mishandled shipping or manufacturers’ defect.

Returning to Fully Briefed

If you have questions prior to returning items to us, please call us at 1-541-647-2304. Please follow these steps to return your purchase to Fully Briefed:

• Please email us before sending return.
• Replace the unopened and unworn item with all tags and seals intact in the packaging in which it was shipped to you.
• If you do not have the original box or shipping package, please use a sturdy box to prevent damage while in transit. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit sent back to us.
• To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and trackable method (e.g., UPS, FedEx, Certified Mail) that can be used to locate the package and verify delivery. Overnight shipping is not necessary, as low cost ground shipping will arrive within a couple days from most location and allow you to track your delivery.

Orders delivered to the wrong address and subsequently returned back to us are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee if return is accepted.
